USC Department of Neurological Surgery
Please Make a Gift
The Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of Southern California is actively engaged in several research endeavors. Clinical trials to suppress brain tumors, reverse traumatic brain injury, prevent stroke, and reduce pain from vertebral fractures are just a few of the trials currently enrolling patients. USC Neurosurgical faculty has published hundreds of papers advancing science-based treatment of the brain, spine, and central nervous system. Our team includes neurosurgeons, clinical researchers, and scientists with a mission to uncover why things sometimes go wrong, and what can be done to make them right again.
